• Currently I offer one on one coaching to teach you how to lose weight using a calorie deficit and keep you on track to build habits that can last a lifetime.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form to schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way or simply sign up through our services page and I’ll be in touch.

  • I adapt the overarching plan of being in a calories deficit to fit easiest into your life. Using small achievable steps we can make big long term changes.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email (info@teracoachesyou.com). We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I’m happy to work around and with you but I also need to hold you to be accountable to yourself.

  • You don’t need to be specifically prepared in any way to start this program.  All you need to have is a willingness and desire to lose weight in a slow steady way.

  • If you can find 20 minutes a day to get in some movement for a walk and about an hour a week for a check in you have time to start this program.  The majority of the effort will be around food choices and maybe changing what you cook.

  • Ideally you will need a scale and a cloth tape measure for keeping track of progress and eventually you will need a food scale, although this isn’t totally necessary early on.

  • You can expect to lose 0.5 to 1.5 lbs per week on average over time. You will also feel like you have more energy and eventually stronger as well.

  • If you feel like in the first week we the program is not for you I can give you a full refund.  If after the first month you feel like the program is not for you I will refund any additional months that have been prepaid.
