All Coaching includes:

  • Intake meeting where we will create your personalized starter plan

  • Meal recommendations and eating strategy based on your own diet and tastes

  • Workout plans when we decide you’re ready

  • Weekly check ins to monitor progress and make adjustments to keep you progressing

  • Mid week touchpoints so you can stay accountable

  • I’m always available to answer any questions you may have

The first consultation is free. I prefer to book in three month increments as it takes time to see the real changes and for habits to be strongly established.

If you aren’t satisfied in the progress we are making together after the first month and wish to stop I’ll refund (or not charge for) the remaining two booked months.
